In furtherance of its CSR objectives Kenya Fluorspar Company sponsors intelligent and needy students from the local community through their Secondary school phase.

In the year 2014 the Company had a total of 20 (Twenty) students under the Secondary School Sponsorship Scheme. Three sat for their KCSE exams in 2014 and all emerged with A- grades, a great achievement which will allow them to attend university to further their education.

Details of the three students who managed to achieve A- grades are:-

The Company also sponsors 22 students from the community in terms of its succession planning program to undergo training at the local technical training institutes.
