Recognition of Training Achievements

In its endeavours to improve on efficiency and develop its manpower, the Company in 2014 embarked on initial training of mechanics via the training facility of the local Komatsu distributorship , Panafrican Equipment, based in Nairobi.
A total of 12 mechanics undertook 20 courses covering basic servicing of equipments, electrical, hydraulics , engine and under carriage maintenance.
A function to present certificates to the successful employees took place at the Company Recreation Club on 26th January 2015.
The event was graced by the Company Managing Director Nico Spangenberg, and attended by the Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager, Sakkie van Jaarsveld, Human Resource Manager Charles Korir and the Trainer from Panafrican Equipment ,Kibagur Rotich from Panafrican Group.
The advanced segment of the training in all the above mentioned fields is earmarked to be conducted in 2015 and further advancement planned to assist the Company in building a fully trained maintenance team.
